I wish to FLY,
I wish to soar high and high.
I wish to fathom the height in the sky,
I wish to FLY.

But how? Please go through the blog which will surely make our desire to FLY possible and definite.

Hello folks. today I wish to bring to the table a very significant issue. Before I commence my writing formally, I would like to ask you few questions, “Have you ever fallen in love with someone”?  It’s really great! How many times have you whispered to your girlfriend or boy friend or spouse, ‘I love you sweetheart’? How many times we lie to make others realize that we love our partner. Such as, you look terrific today. (Though we have not even noticed what he or she is wearing today.) So now let me know have you ever told yourself, ‘I love myself’. Does it sound surreal? No? Is it a blunder to exhibit love for our own selves? But let me mention that I’ve borne the brunt of showcasing my enormous love for my ‘self’.

So, today, I am going to elaborate on how pleasant it is to fall in love with our selves.
Last month while having dinner with my big joint family and friends, I had to face much annoyance. Now let me tell you about the blunder which I had made at that moment. We all were discussing about how the pets need to be loved? Then my guests started talking about how stray animals require our care and love. Though I believe in philotherianism (which is love for animals) but I couldn’t prevent myself when I found thing were blown out of proportion.
So, in order to wrap up the discussion, I declared that we should love ourselves first and then others. As soon as I uttered these words, I felt a pin drop silence in the dining hall. All the people started staring at me. What a cold look they all wore on their faces! One of my garrulous guests came to me after some time and reminded me of the statement that I had made during dinner. She said, “Mamta, I didn’t expect for such a petty perception and self-contentedness from you”. Her accusation made me disappointed, despondent and somber. I recalled my statement which was WE SHOULD LOVE OURSELVES MORE THAN ANYBODY ELSE.’ 

After all the guests left, I kept thinking where I was at fault and why I was misinterpreted. After a contemplation of 2 hours, I found no change in my viewpoint. That small tiff steered me to write my today’s blog that WE SHOULD LOVE OURSELVES MORE THAN ANYBODY ELSE.’

Now let me share the reasons why I have such an opinion. We’ve several concerns and responsibilities in our lives. We’re so trapped in them that sometimes, it becomes utterly tough for us to prioritize them. But on the basis of my experience, I can say that nothing matters as much as our own ‘selves’.


Health is real wealth but how many of us take proper care of our health. Health leads to happiness , success and a better life. It also affects our relationships with family, work and friends. Health is something which all take for granted and we forget that innumerable people who are in hospitals are praying for this vital requisite. We can take care of our family, society, nation and the world if we’re physically, psychologically and emotionally healthy. Jim Rohn, says, "We can't hire someone to do our push ups." We'll have to take care of our well-being but this doesn't happen. We seem more concerned for our family, friends and pets but when it comes to our health, we take our health granted. We give preference to our work and the insignificant things. We don’t hesitate to medicate ourselves as we wish to have instant relief. We swallow down the medicines for head ache, fever, depression, body ache etc without consulting any doctor. Most interestingly, sometimes, we put our health issues on the back burner for very petty reasons. We must think how many of us are medically insured, or go for a routine check-ups. How many of us consider our health as important as other issues?
Yoga, exercise, sound sleep, ample amount of sleep, diet, to avoid junk food, soda, soft drinks, cigarettes, alcohol etc can help us to live a healthy and long life. The most interesting part is that everybody knows but we are particular when it comes to implementing them in our day to day life.


The most popular assertion these days is 'I don't have time.' But let me tell you folks, that we should feel blessed to have lived in the present era. Just sit and introspect how wonderful life we all are leading. Due to scientific inventions, we have sufficient amount of extra time and have an easier life in comparison to our parents and grandparents. But still we seem bothered because of the lack of time.We are unable to take out time for our hobbies or the things we wish to do for very long. I know a number of people who are minting money but they don’t have any vacation plans. Even they don’t prefer to take any offs for a family trip or outing. They give a lame excuse that they are earning and saving for their family but what about their own lives which is ticking away like time.

Age is Just an Increasing Number

We can find grownups babbling about how they want their children to fulfill their dreams as they have lived their life. Should we invest in our hobbies or dreams till we are young? Why can’t grown-ups have the same burning desire for their goals, dreams and visions? Age is just increasing number as it doesn’t have anything to do with our feelings and emotions.

We’re not Kids Anymore

We can hear people around us uttering this dialogue at regular intervals. To have an impulse or motive in our lives gives us a right direction in our lives. So doing whatever we wish to do, visiting the places where we yearn to go, purchasing outfits which we love to wear doesn’t need us to be kids. Yes we’re not kids anymore still we have all rights to satisfy the kids which remains within us till our last breath.

So, let me tell you that FLY stands for First Love Yourself. Let's learn to love ourselves more than anyone else so that we can scatter happiness everywhere. Believe me it’s not selfish to love ourselves or to take care ourselves or to make our happiness a priority. Let's learn to FLY since without this, we will neither be happy, healthy and efficient nor will we able to take care of others.
So, FLY and feel happy and live your life to its full.

10 Ways to Influence People

Well, folks, everyone wishes to be noticed in this overcrowded world. Everybody yearns to stand out in crowd. I think you also feel the same. There are lots of tricks which we adopt to influence people. We join several courses to be more impressive and effective. This is our burning desire to win the heart of people around us. Since praises, admiration and accolades are liked by everyone. Since our childhood, we develop a sort of willingness and inclination to acquire these. Today I'm going to share some very simple attributes which will help us to behave more impressively and effectively. So gear up and go through these magical techniques to transform you and your entire personality.
  1. We don't have to shout at the top of our voice to be noticed. Believe in action instead of words.
  2. Confess your mistakes as accepting our mistakes is not the sign of weakness but it needs immense guts and courage.
  3. Be a good listener. Listening is a wonderful skill which requires too much patience and empathy.
  4. We all love to complain against each and everything around us. But if we shift our attention from outside to inside, we can curb this habit up to certain extent. This activity will draw our attention towards our shortcomings rather than others'.
  5. Value others. If we really wish to seem different then we'll have to learn to make other feel valuable. 
  6. Share the ideas which can help the people around us. Actually good things are meant to be spread everywhere. So, we should not hesitate in sharing our innovative ideas with the world.
  7. 'Smile, laugh and enjoy life' should be one of our motives in life. Happiness increases when it's shared with everyone.
  8. In order to live our life successfully, we must have a good rhetoric/communication skill. This completes our personality.
  9. We can be an impressive person if we learn to comprehend others' point of views. Actually dominance never lets us win others. It's knowledge and humility which provides us a remarkable stature.  
  10. We must complement others for their small achievements as it is a wonderful attribute of impressive people. 
So, let's make our own rules in order to have an impressive personality since looking up to others for their perception about us is an obsolete idea.

8 Ways to Overcome Stress

Hello folks, how are you all? I hope you all liked my yesterday's blog. So, yesterday, we were talking about why we should not get stressed out. It's really next to impossible to remain cool during tough situations. But if we really love ourselves, we'll have to overcome our habits of getting stressed out and worried. Today, I tried to calm a peer of mine who lost his anger due to people's casual behaviour. The intensity of his anger was too much as his face was red and his eyes were bulging. This incidence compelled me to introspect how much we suffer due to extrinsic factors. So, today I am sharing the ways which help us to come out of our stress and worries. Please try to understand this tricks are very simple but effective.
You are stressed because of something very serious and you feel that you are screwed up and there's nothing left to lose.

  1. Smile from ear to ear and and throw back your shoulders. (You might be thinking that there's something wrong with me but this is true, life is unpredictable so are the ways to deal with).
  2. Pray and meditate to overcome your stress. This works as a miracle. (If you don't believe me, please try and see the a wonderful and magical transformation in your mental attitude.)
  3. Find someone (your friend, family member or relative) and share your tales of stress at a length. This is a wonderful way to get rid of stress up to a certain extent. The feeling that someone listens to you and understand you will pacify you.
  4. Never ever sit alone, when you are stressed or worried. Be in action, as work helps us to forget the reasons of our worries.
  5. In order to beat our stress, we can exercise regularly. Exercise is one of the best techniques to overcome stress.
  6. Talk to yourself positively. Our positive self-talks work as antidote. These rejuvenate us and prepare us to fight instead of freight.
  7. Journal your feelings when you are stressed out, This helps us to relieve us from stress.
  8. Play some games to beat your stress and feel happy.
So, please follow the simple ways to bid adieu to your stress and worries. Life is precious and we should not ruin it.

8 Reasons why we should not worry

Hello folks. How are you all? Yesterday, while talking with one of my acquaintances, I felt bewildered as during my 10 minutes conversation with him, he shared me how much worried out he was. Now let me tell you the reasons of his worries, 'I am very stressed because of my new boss.', 'I am stressed out because of hair fall', 'My neighbor washes his car in the morning due to which there's a water log in front of my gate.' Having heard the reasons of his worries, I started feeling stressed out and I asked for his leave.
So, folks please think if you also get stressed due to such trivial issues. Let me tell you if you do so, you are making your life miserable. I'm giving you 8 reasons why we should not worry.

  1. Constant stress and worries cause creases and wrinkles on our faces so as soon as we feel worried or stressed, we should just think of how we are inviting our old age.
  2. According to Buddha, 'We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves.' This wonderful quote refers to how we can transform our lives entirely just by changing our thoughts. We should always remember that worries and stress lever ever let us feel at ease.
  3. Have you ever noticed how our gadgets become slow when their memory usage is heavy? The same happens with our minds as well. Our efficiency slows down if our mind is filled with clutter of worries
  4. People often get worried due to criticism. It's futile to think why people think bad about us. So, if we feel worried on account of criticism then we should go through a wonderful quote, 'Remember that unjust criticism is often a disguised complement. Remember that no one ever kicks a dead dog.'
  5. People who stress out for each and every thing, are not able to enjoy their present. Their thoughts are buried either in their gloomy past or unknown future. They stress out due to trivial issues which deprive them of happiness. Milton elaborates, 'The mind is its own place, and in itself, Can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven.'
  6. Nobody wishes to befriend with someone who is stressed and worried all the time, so such people remain aloof in their lives.Their miserable tales trouble people as no one yearns to listen to them.
  7. When worried, we can see the people who are in more distressful situations. This is all about our perception. Glass is half full or half empty.
  8. If failures make us worried then we should not forget that these set our pathways to success. Hence failures should not be considered as the cause of our worries.
