Fight against CORONA

The entire world is going through a very tough time. We all are fighting against CORONA. During this difficult situation, we're united and standing in unison. However, the mortality rate in Italy, America, and Iran are still horrendous. China has been battling this pandemic since Nov 2019 and now things seem to be a little better. Everyone is talking about COVID-19. There's news about this virus everywhere which has led us to panic, fear, and disappointment. Almost all of us are living in quarantine however it seems very tough for several people.

Everybody such as politicians, actors, sportspersons, etc. is trying their level best to help people through their video in which they can be seen telling people how to be physically and mentally healthy.
Let me mention that many of us are feeling monotonous and boredom since they're locked down in our houses. This is very important to overcome our negativity since this will help us battle with the CORONA virus. Now coming to a few very simple ways to remain calm and composed.
1.  Dring an ample amount of water.
2.  Eat light food since morning walk, exercise, etc are not part of our routine now, having heavy or oily food can make us feel sick.
3. Household chores will help us to be active so don't worry if your domestic help is not there for your help.
4. Include vitamin C in your food that will help us to feel good.
5. Enjoy your time with family members as this is an amazing opportunity to strengthen our bond.
6. Notice your self-talks since it's quite possible that news about the corona and mortality rate throughout the world can make your self-talks negative. Apart from that, the thought of quarantine for 21 days can also make us mentally sick.
7. Our negative self-talks increases our Stress Harmon, Cortisol, therefore, it is significant for us to notice what sort of thoughts we're thinking about.
8. We can do PMR that means progressive muscle relaxation exercises that will reduce our stress level.
9. Belly breathing or diaphragmatic breathing can also help us to feel relaxed.
10. Watch some comedy movies instead of watching the repetitive news about the covid. Laughing will help you to increase Serotonin, the Happy Chemical in your body.
11. If possible help people around you as this will surely increase our satisfaction level.
12. Take care, stay at home, wash your hands at regular intervals, cover your face while going out for some important work.
Day after night and summer after winter comes as per the rule of the Universe. We should always remember this too shall pass. We'll defeat this pandemic corona.
