Healthy Habits
Hello Everyone,
How are you all doing? Sorry for being away from all of you
for one entire day…let me tell you that I look forward to talk to you all. But it was due to a snag
in the internet connection. Anyway it is good to have healthy habits. Today I
woke up late and I couldn't have my breakfast….Do you know why it is called ‘Breakfast’?
Because by having our breakfast, we break our fast after waking up in the
morning. So it is very important to wake up early so that we don’t start our
day in haphazard way. So we will talk about
the benefits of early rising in my next bog. I am about to reach my college….so
love yourself, be safe and healthy and take care.
